Targetti Sankey S.p.A. communicates that the meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidates group results for the first six months of 2003 (January 1 – June 30) will takes place on 23th of September (15 p.m) at the Company headquarter instead of on 25th September 2003, as previously informed.
