Targetti Sankey S.p.A. communicates that the meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated group results for the 2nd Quarter 2004 (April 1 – June 30) will takes place on 3rd of August 2004 (9 a.m.) at the Company headquarter instead of on 5th August 2004, as previously informed.
