Targetti Sankey S.p.A. announces the expiring of the lock up agreement at the date 27th September 2004, which was stipulated the 27th September 2001, with Domenico Neri S.r.l.. This agreement, that concerns the lock up to the transfer of ordinary shares, expired for its natural elapsed of three years from its subscription and none of the clauses included in it was renewed o prorogued.
