Differently from what before communicated concerning the Calendar of financial company events in 2007, Targetti Sankey S.p.A. communicates that the Board of Directors of 15th March 2007 (Call of Shareholders' Meeting) will not take place and that the Board of Directors of the 28th March 2007 (Approval of 2006 Draft Financial Statements) will be anticipated on the 27th March 2007, on that date the Board will also call the Shareholders’ Meeting.
