Targetti news - FINANCE - Targetti Group: The Board of Directors agrees to take on Marco Termini as a member to replace Isacco Neri

Further to the completion of the merger transaction of the majority of Targetti Sankey S.p.A.’s share capital in the newco Consulting 1 S.r.l., today the BoD of Targetti resolved to appoint the director Mr. Marco Termini through cooptation to replace resigning director Mr. Isacco Neri.

Marco Termini represents Fondi 3i that, enforcing the agreements of 28 June 2007 with the main Targetti’s shareholders, entered into Consulting 1 S.r.l.’s share capital paying up a capital increase reserved to them.

Marco Termini, 39 years old, is a partner of 3i private equity fund and is responsible for leading the development of minority interest operation of 3i in Italy, he began working in 3i in Italy in 1994; he operated also on the Anglo-Saxon market and came back steady in Italy in 1997. At the moment he is Director in Giochi Preziosi Spa and Giochi Spa Holding.
