Targetti news - FINANCE - Targetti Sankey: Today is the last day the stock is listed on the electronic stock market (MTA).

Following the takeover bid launched by Consulting 2 S.r.l. completed on 16 November, today, date of payment of the amount due to subscribing shares, is the last day the Targetti Sankey S.p.A. stock is listed on the electronic stock market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..

In fact, Borsa Italiana decided to de-list the stock as from tomorrow, 22 November 2007, since Consulting 1 S.r.l., a company owning 100% of the capital of Consulting 2 S.r.l. (the Offeror), hold, directly and undirectly, a share of more than 98% of Targetti Sankey’s share capital. Moreover the Offeror stated its intentions to exercise the right to purchase the residual shares as per article 111 of the Finance Consolidation Act.
