The great opening of the new Targetti facility in Guang Zhou, China, will happen on the 7th of June.

 

Even if it’s hardly possible for you to be there we want to inform you of this important moment for the Company life.

 

The creation of HESHAN TARGETTI Co. LTD is part of a major project in order to improve the production and logistic structure of the Targetti Group, together with the construction of the new headquarters in Florence  and the new facility of Neri in Emilia Romagna.

 

HESHAN TARGETTI Co. LTD was born as joint-venture between Targetti and Neo Neon, the most important Chinese lighting manufacturer, with more than 15.000 employees and a strong specialization in LEDs productions.

 

In the new company, whose top management is Italian and Chinese, Targetti  - that is at the same time the relevant stakeholder and in charge of the governance – wants to bring in its entrepreneurial approach, in terms of technology and quality control systems.

 

HESHAN TARGETTI Co. LTD will caries on the production of part of the Targetti lighting fixtures collection for the Asiatic markets. For this reason recently has been developed a Mandarin catalogue.

 

The production structure that in the next future will employ 150 people, occupies a 8000 square meters area and it is 80 km far way from Guang Zhou (Canton), in the middle of an important production district with the highest development rate and the highest average income of all the country (the 90% of Chinese telephone devices, the 98% of swatches and the 82% of shoes are produced in this area).

 

With the opening of this new facility Targetti will reinforce its competitiveness in the Far East where is present since a long time – thirty years – through a company in the Philippines and branch offices in Singapore and Beijing. Several important buildings in the Region have been lit with Targetti lighting fixtures as the Opera House in Singapore and the new  Guang Zhou International Airport that has been designed to be the most innovative and busy in the world.
