The second edition of the Targetti Art Light Award reaches its destination
A NEW RENDEZ-VOUS WITH THE TARGETTI ART LIGHT COLLECTION AND ITS LIGHT WORKS:

ARTEFIERA, BOLOGNA, 24th-28th JANUARY 2002

In just a few days' time, ArteFiera will be opening in Bologna: this is the most important Italian show dedicated to modern and contemporary art.

A very special and prestigious space inside the fair will be dedicated to the TARGETTI ART LIGHT COLLECTION: along a dark, atmospheric exhibition route, visitors (over 35,000 of whom are expected to attend this edition), will be able to discover the collection's "light works".

And the surprises do not end here: Artefiera will also witness the world premiere of the winning works by young artists from the second edition of the TARGETTI ART LIGHT AWARD. This will be a unique opportunity to discover the younger generation's creativity, technical mastery and ability to transform light into emotions.

Together with the "light works", there will also be the premiere of the new "light sculptures" from WHITE LIGHT, a collection of limited edition works, the main feature of which is the use of absolute white.

The fair will be open from Thursday 24th until Monday 28th January, from 10.30 a.m. until 8.00 p.m.

Some special events to remember:

· The TARGETTI ART LIGHT AWARD presentation ceremony (24/1, 6.30 p.m.)

· The conference "Collezionare arte: un'impresa di successo" (Art collecting: a successful enterprise) (25/1, 11.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.), during which Paolo Targetti, along with other great collectors, such as Ornella Vanoni and Illy Caffè, will talk about the unique experience of the TARGETTI ART LIGHT COLLECTION. At the same time a book on the subject, published by "Il Sole 24 Ore", will also be presented.
