London, September 2004 - The magic of light is going to be turned on in one of the most innovative and creative settings in England. An old tea warehouse recently transformed in a lively art gallery surrounded by young designers' ateliers and talented architects' studios, will be the stage of the first exhibition of the
Targetti Light Art Collection in the UK.
After the success of the shows held in New York, Warsaw, Paris, Buenos Aires, Rome, Milan etc the collection - created by Targetti which ads homage to the emotional power of artificial light - will be exhibited in Chris Barlow's Workplace Gallery, an amazing showcase of the newest design and art trends.
The light works of the young winning artists of the Targetti Light Art Collection will be on display with pieces created by some of the most important artists in the international scene of contemporary art, including Olafur Eliasson, whose exhibition in the Turbine Hall of the Tate Modern has recently been one of the most successful exhibitions held in London.
