Targetti light fixtures illuminated the 1600 square meters of Hotel X Children, a visionary project by the architect Simone Micheli who, in occasion of the 59th International Hospitality Fair SIA Guest, created a 5-stars hotel dedicated to families. The hall, bar, restaurant, suites, bookshop, wellness area and playroom were filled with design prototypes created exclusively for the occasion, as well as standard products from the companies the architect personally chose as partners.
KOYO spots of Targetti’s Esedra collection were chosen to illuminate the entire environment through the orchestration of strong contrasts. NAUTUS recessed projectors were selected for the general lighting of the bedrooms – high performance and an excellent chromatic quality of light are some of the pluses of this light fixture able to integrate in any kind of architectural space. Accent lighting was used for the library and the windows of the wellness centre, which was emitted by MONOLED and MICROLED by Targetti. Specially developed to optimize the performance of the new high-power LEDs, these recessed very small downlights were hidden inside some shelves with minimum visual impact.
