Architectural Design: Roberto PirasDesigned by Roberto Piras, the new headquarters of the CPT Group, global contractor in Rovigo, were completely illuminated by Targetti: from the open-space offices to the management offices, from the meeting rooms to the common and transit areas. The architectural features of the building, conceived as a large transparent container, make it difficult to distinguish between the indoor lighting and outdoor lighting. The choices made for the entrance hall, stairs and corridors define the night time image of the building in an effective dialogue between interior and exterior. The overall effect is enhanced by the choice of colour, which also takes on the role of communicator. To achieve this, Targetti PHENIX professional projectors with blue LEDS were used, embedded into the ground along the perimeters of the glass facades of the building.

The indoor lighting offers visual comfort for the operators, contributing to the quality of the environment. This soft lighting balances out the luminance and at the same time plays on the contrasts to create an extremely sophisticated overall effect. This is testified by the choice of a light fixture such as WINDOW designed by Daniel Bernard, mounted to the wall with very low-luminance values: the effect is tasteful and full of atmosphere. The use of IO suspension lights is also absolutely strategic to the light design. They are installed in the offices and transit areas, individually or in a continual line: the light is perfectly distributed with excellent balance of direct and indirect light to offer maximum visual comfort in compliance with the standards regarding the lighting of offices and workstations.
