As part of the "Igiene Insieme"
project promoted by Napisan Italia, Stefano Boeri Interiors
designed the Aula del Futuro
, a multifunctional and flexible space that during the day can easily be modified and adapted to educational or extracurricular uses.
The space can be transformed according to the needs, giving life to the layout that best suits educational needs - work in small groups, frontal lessons, informal teaching - or becoming, if necessary, a music room, a craft workshop, a dance school. The activities carried out in the classroom are different and require an important visual commitment Therefore lighting and a correct light management play a decisive role in avoiding eye strain and in creating an environment that is always comfortable.

by Targetti was the ideal response to the needs of a multipurpose space designed to change and adapt over time. Versatility and flexibility are the keywords to describe the LOGICO
family, a broad and deep program with different sizes and lumen packages. It can house different light modules for maximum design flexibility: linear elements for continuous lines of light with a soft and diffused effect; projectors to create fascinating contrasts between areas of light and shadow.
The particular "grid" configuration designed for the Aula del Futuro and created with the use of X, T and L light joints features a succession of continuous light modules and projectors for a homogeneous, comfortable and controlled general lighting.
Lighting management is entrusted to the IoT ecosystem

group which allows the intelligent control of the lighting as well as the constant monitoring of environmental parameters.
By analyzing natural light and compensating with artificial light, the system guarantees the constant lighting function, detecting the values on surfaces near or far from windows.
The IoT system designed for the Aula del Futuro includes elements for monitoring and detecting temperature, humidity, CO2 saturation levels, presence and occupation of spaces, giving the possibility to manage ventilation through alarms on out-of-safety parameters.
The ecosystem is able to monitor consumptions and is designed for the connection and management of air conditioning, heating, blinds, windows and forced ventilation.
The secure WEB management interface guarantees the accessibility and interaction of registered users even remotely. It can provide timely data or the history of monitored activities, allowing a constant analysis of the use of space and consumptions for planning possible corrective actions.
